Here you can find answers to most of the questions that our customers usually ask regarding our products and services. Our aim is to ensure that you are fully informed on all aspects of our DIY Fence Company products and services, so you can make the best decisions that fit your needs.

We can help you, give us a call and we will talk you through the process. You will need to know the shape, length, and how many gates you need. As a general rule you take the total length you are fencing and divided it by the panel size shown on the product description.
At The DIY Fence Company we aim to get your order to you within 5-10 working days. Depending on your location and the volume of orders received, but we normally say to allow a week. This excludes any public holidays, or orders placed during our holidays. Custom orders and gates may take longer depending on our lead-times. We will do our best to keep you updated along the way.
You can click and collect from any of our 3PL warehouses, just select this option at checkout and we will contact you once your order is ready for collection. But please be aware that we dont offer the “delivered to your door in good condition warranty” for any damages incurred via transport to your home when using your own transport.
All The DIY Fence Company products come with installation instructions. You simply need to select the fixing method which suits your location and follow the step by step guide. If you have any issues just contact us for assistance.
At The DIY Fence Company “WE NEVER FULLY CLOSE”. We may get a little drunk and disappear around the second week of December until the first week of January every year… But isn’t that normal? We will return and process your order when the brandy wears off.
All The DIY Fence Company products come with a “delivered to your door in good condition warranty”. You simply need to open your boxes within 24 hours of receiving them, and let us know if you have any concerns. We know 24hours isn’t long, but most damages occur during storage or a rogue dog knocking the panels over while you read the instructions.

Our warehouses are located across Australia, so there is bound to be one nearby. Orders are processed and ready quickly for delivery or collection. We offer a wide range of fence profiles, from modern and affordable PVC fences to aluminium pool fencing (not glass pool fencing). Our delivery time is currently set to 5-10 working days. please get it touch with our team about any delivery or order questions you may have.
Our 3PL warehouses are located in all states We aim to provide fast delivery every time by utilising multiple distribution centres across the country with dedicated delivery trucks.
With depots in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Derrimut, Dandenong, Adelaide, Newcastle and Perth we’re never too far away
(If you are outside of our delivery zone we can organise to have your order packed on a pallet and delivered to your local TOLL depot or equivalent to anywhere in Australia!. Please ask us for a quote)

| The DIY Fence Company specialise in fencing for DIY. If you have some DIY experience, you can save hundreds of dollars by installing yourself. All products come with easy to follow instructions and there are many videos available to guide you through the process. If you’re not ready to take the DIY install plunge just yet, you can still purchase the fencing at our low prices and source a local installer to complete the job. |

| Pool perf is made from ultra strong and corrosion resistant aluminium and then powder coated for extra resistance to the Australian weather so wont rust and will look great for many years. All parts come with a 5 year guarantee against manufacturing faults. |
| We have options for installation onto any type of base and a variety of post lengths to suit your requirements. |
| We deliver to areas around the warehouses located in Newcastle and Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (Victoria), Gold Coast and Brisbane (Queensland), Adelaide (SA) and Perth (WA). Outside of these areas, please contact us and we can advise on shipping costs, or you can arrange to clock and collect from the warehouse |
| Delivery is usually available between 5 and 7 working days following your order. We will contact you when all items are ready for dispatch and advise on delivery dates. |
| The DIY Fence Company only sells the highest quality fencing that has been tried and tested and offers a 5 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Beware of cheaper options that just wont last. |
| We are operate 9-4 Monday to Friday. If we are busy we always aim to get back to you as soon as possible. |
We have two options for pickup direct from the warehouse. 1: Click and collect – Your order will be picked for you at the warehouse and you will be responsible for loading and transporting your order. Please ensure you have a large enough vehicle to safely transport the whole order. |
| Order via our website and select you preferred method of payment. Once we have your order we will contact you with delivery information or to let you know when your click and collect will be ready |
| All orders need to be paid for prior to collection. The 3PL warehouses don’t have the facilities to take payments. |
| To ensure that we keep costs as low as possible and pass those savings on to you, we don’t have any retail shops. If you require information that is not on our website, just contact us directly. |
| All of our pool fencing meets Australian standards and comply with pool regulations AS1926.1 so you can be confident that your install will be complaint. Please follow local regulations when installing. |
| Shipping pack for transport – For $200.00 your entire order will be pre-packed, wrapped and strapped on a pallet or into a crate, so that you can arrange for your own collection and delivery. Allow 5 to 10 working days for your order to be ready for collection. |
